Ok, it appears that Best Buy in Canada is about to offer Canadians the Telus branded HTC Touch Pro, and Best Buy Canada has updated their website as ?soon to be available.?
Canadians can pick up a Telus HTC Touch Pro in store for $199.99 with a three year contract attached though, or if you want to dump that contract it?ll cost you $649.99?nasty.
But if you are Canadian and have been waiting to get hold of the HTC Touch Pro it will be online with Best Buy pretty soon, although they just may disappear rather quickly, and there is no word on just how many HTC Touch Pro?s Best Buy will be carrying.

Research In Motion has enjoyed for several years being at the top of the business tree with their BlackBerry smartphones; the BlackBerry has been the perfect mobile handset for professionals with some of the biggest users being on Wall Street.
However, with the financial sector being in somewhat of a mess, investors in Research In Motion are asking will this lose of BlackBerry sales only be temporary or more importantly permanent.
RIM shares have been in free-fall this last half of the year, and RIM has lost more than $100 in value so not sits mid-range at $30.00. So why is this? Well part of it has to be Apple and the massive sale from the Apple iPhone, but the main problem comes with the job losses on Wall Street, and that?s where the BlackBerry is losing.

WiMAX tech is still in its young years and has a way to go before it becomes widely adopted. Even over in the United States where Sprint?s XOHM is slowly gathering a following.
However the HTC MAX 4G is still a notable evolution of the HTC Touch HD packing a fabulous 3.8 inch 800 x 480 WVGA display, WiFi, GPS, 528MHz processor and TouchFLO 3D.
It?s a pity most networks aren?t up with the WiMAX tech, but with the HTC MAX 4G will make carriers outside Russia think about speeding up its adoption, I mean all one need to do is look at the video below.

You know the feeling as the year draws to a close and you enter into another pensive mood swing, thinking of all the broken New Year resolutions. Girding yourself, you figure out since New Year’s just a couple more weeks or so away, why not roll forward those resolutions? Apart from trying to kick the habit of the bottle, another major habit that people want to rid themselves of would be smoking. There are plenty of anti-smoking aids in the market to help those who find it difficult to take the cold turkey route, but not all of them are effective. Just like how different strokes work for different folks, so the same applies to equipment that help you quit smoking. Electronic cigarettes are part of the regime, and we’ll take a look at what Smoking Everywhere has to offer right after the jump.
Smoking Everywhere offers its electronic cigarette that looks like just the real thing, except that it does not come with any tobacco or tar – not even a single milligram to assault your sensitive lung tissues. Instead, you will find a small chamber within that combines a potent and satisfying dose of nicotine with a harmless liquid. This mixture will be heated by a battery-powered element, turning it into what looks like smoke sans fire, ash and odor. It would be quite a challenge convincing the authorities at public places that you really aren’t smoking a real cigarette – I wonder whether anti-smoking laws do include electronic ciggies?
Not only do these make the perfect gift for yourself if you want to live a healthier life, they also make for a great present for others with the same aspirations as you. You will be able to pick up these revolutionary electronic cigarettes in the USA via Smoking Everywhere.

Seems the rumour mill is running rife over in Chine, this time involving the Apple iPhone and said rumour has it that Apple?s next release of the Apple iPhone won?t be just an iPhone but two iPhones.
These rumours are based on some rather nasty renderings of a silicone skin for the iPhone. iDealsChina is apparently reporting that XSKN is apparently working on a silicone skin for an upcoming “Nano iPhone” a smaller version of the Apple iPhone.
According to iDealsChina sources this “Nano iPhone” sports EDGE data whereas everything else runs in line with the iPhone, and the word is Apple is planning to sell this “Nano iPhone” for a low price point at places such as Wal-Mart, and furthermore they say Apple will unveil the ?Nano iPhone” at Macworld in January 09.
Care to comment Apple?

Okay BlackBerry fans, the good guys over at Crackberry are giving away for free the festive Berry Holiday theme, which is kinda cool of them don?t ya think?
The Berry Holiday theme for BlackBerry was created by Zach of ZManThemes and features a double zen layout which put loads of shortcuts onto the BlackBerry homescreen yet still leaves enough retail for the holiday wallpaper to show.
Even the CrackBerry CB battery indicator light has been decked out in a Santa hat and actually turns frosty as the juice runs out. It?s cool, it?s festive, it?s free, and available for all BlackBerry smartphones other than the BlackBerry Storm and the 8900.

Sprint has launched their ?first ever? push-to-talk BlackBerry on their network, and that BlackBerry happens to be the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8350i.
Sprint is actually billing the BlackBerry Curve 8350i as the “most advanced push-to-talk BlackBerry smartphone ever,” which is difficult to disagree with really.
With the Sprint branded BlackBerry Curve 8350i the user gets integrated WiFi/GPS, international direct connect and Talkgroup, support for Group Connect, multimedia player, Bluetooth 2.0, 2 megapixel camera, microSDHC card slot, stereo headset jack, all the usual gear associated with a BlackBerry.
Sprint is offering the BlackBerry Curve 8350i on a 2 year contract for $149.99 after rebates.

The guys over at Mobile Review have tried to give a pre-review of Nokia?s latest and greatest although we won?t be actually seeing the handset for some six months yet. Of course I?m speaking about the Nokia N97.
To be fair, they do state it isn?t a complete review but they do give the Nokia N97 a heap of coverage along with some nice looking live images and goes fairly into depth on this much talked about N97.
We?ve covered some of the Nokia N97 and will of course cover a great deal more as its launch comes closer, but if you want to read all about Nokia and what Mobile Review thought, and see some cool images then hit up the source. Oh and I?ve slapped on the Nokia N97 promo trailer video just because this phone is so cool.
