Looks like Apple may have upset some official bodies with an application they let into the iTunes App Store, and that official body is the Nevada gaming officials.
Apparently Nevada gaming official were tipped off about an Apple iPhone and Apple iPod Touch card counting app which can enable a gambler to gain the upper hand at Blackjack.
Apparently according to Nevada laws governing cheating using a device to aid in the counting of cards is a felony. The other point is the application incorporates a ?stealth mode? and thus could easily be missed. Not too sure if Apple are going to pull the app or not though.

At Mobile World Congress 2009, Microsoft features an area of recent Windows Mobile powered handset, now most where nothing we haven?t already heard about, some dating back years.
However in amongst the historic remembrance was a Samsung Valencia, which was outed by Expansays as the Samsung C6625 with a price tag of $365.
The thing is it appears Samsung doesn?t know anything about the Samsung Valencia and only Microsoft are showing the handset, so obviously decided not to make the announcement at this event, which seems kind of strange to have it on show but not announce it doesn?t it?
