The new TG5V (or TG7 in Europe) is the successor of the Sony Handycam TG1. Weight of 230 grams and measures 117mm x 30mm x 62mm, camcorders, is now smaller and lighter than its predecessor. The camera offers 16 GB of internal memory (or 6 hours of video), a wide angle of 30mm, a new image and Exemor BIONZ processor for the recording of low light conditions and new coatings for the body of the ‘camera to the scratches. An integrated GPS antenna, NAVTEQ maps can be used for geo-tag videos or pictures, a register to keep accurate shooting. The Sony Handycam TG5V will be in Japan from 20 April.
