There have been several reports about additional problems after upgrading to iPhone OS 3.0 or even the iPhone 3GS and Cnet has come up with a few procedures which will hopefully solve a few of the problems.
Reset your iPhone by holding down the Sleep and Home buttons until the Apple logo appears?and to restore your iPhone? In iTunes, click the Restore button under the Summary tab. Restoring the phone will erase contacts, calendars, photos, and other data on the phone, but will restore automatically backed-up information including text messages, notes, call history, contact favourites, sound settings, widget settings, etc.
However additional problems have still persisted namely sound issues such as distortion and an audible whine when recording videos on the iPhone 3GS, and there doesn?t seem to be a fix for that yet. Another problem is wrong or changing icons, and the only fix found is to reinstall the affected application and cross your fingers.

Google Android 1.5 on the T-Mobile G1, HTC Dream or HTC Magic lacks quite a big feature and that is visual voicemail, however, that doesn?t mean the G1, Dream, and Magic has to go without.
The guys over at engadget mobile have done a bit of digging around and have apparently come up with a cool way of adding visual voicemail into a device without having to leave the Google ecosystem.

It is totally free although you will require a Google Voice account, and if you don?t have said account you can pick one up at voice.google.com and request an invite. For the full article just follow the link.

According to an article over on engadget mobile, it appears that the Samsung Strut will be heading for Verizon Wireless although there is no word on if or when it will become available.
Their information comes via a tipster who apparently has seen accessories coming in that mention Samsung Strut compatibility, although said accessories aren?t Samsung Strut exclusive so could be for some other mobile phone.
Also the Strut firmware in the Verizon system happens to be about a year old which pushes the boundaries that it may get released, and the Samsung Strut could possible be canned in the not to distant future but there is a possibility it yet me see release.

The Samsung Jet S8000 is supposed to be a very good phone, the question is ?Can it better the iPhone 3GS?? some say yes and some say no.
The latest from Samsung is the Samsung Jet S8000 and TechRadar has given it an impressive review where they cover: Interface, Calling and contacts, Messaging, Internet, Camera, Media, Applications, Battery life and organiser, Connectivity and PC software, Hands on gallery.
The General Manager for the UK has said that this Samsung Jet S8000 could compete with the Apple iPhone 3GS, but we like TechRadar would love to know if this non-smartphone can compete. Is this all new phone better than any other smartphone on the market, we say time will tell.
The Samsung Jet S8000 does have some pretty impressive features such as proprietary feature-phone UI, TouchWiz 2.0 OS, 800MHz processor, 1-inch AMOLED screen, it is pretty small handset at 108.9 x 53.5 x 11.9mm, 110g in weight, 3.5mm headphone jack, full QWERTY keyboard, 30fps VGA video camera, 2GB of internal storage, and so much more.
