The new Solar-Powered Bluetooth Car Kit HFB-500 made by LG has recently been introduced and is the next generation of smart technology. Its plug and play, installs in seconds, can be moved from car to car with the portable hands free kit, holds enough charge for 16 hours of talk time and can get 1 hour of talk time for every 2 hours of exposure. As far as we know, previously any operating system a user installed on an AT&T BlackBerry Bold never ?unlocked? the network selection mode option; however according to CrackBerry, the new BlackBerry Bold OS 4.6.0.282 from CLS makes said option available.

The importance of this ability may not be so apparent at first but when you reside in an not too hot 3G location this ability enables the user to switch to 2G so they can save battery life.

If you reside in a weak 3G location having the BlackBerry Bold constantly search for a 3G network will put stress on battery life when it would be easier to switch to a perfectly fine 2G signal and cause less stress on your BlackBerry Bold.

Maria Sharapova, Sony Ericsson?s official face has unveiled a rather unique Bluetooth enabled device. According to a report on Reuters, Sharapova unveiled a student designed prototype Bluetooth enabled dress.

Yes you read right, a Sony Ericsson Bluetooth enabled DRESS. The dress has iridescent scales which run up one side one side of the dress move and light up when your mobile phone rings, thus informing the owner their handset needs attention.

It?s a sort of visual display for when you are in a noisy environment and maybe won?t hear your mobile phone. Of course it is just a prototype at the moment, but stranger things have happened, we may yet see this hitting the streets.

As you know the new iPhone OS 3.0 was released on the June 17, and I am sure as we do you like what you see.

But we think a few new features of the future iPhone OS 4.0 should be added to make it that bit more special as well as some of the features having a makeover.

PC World have devised a wishlist for the new OS 4.0 which is: Notes App Needs a Facelift, Photoediting at Your Fingertips, Multitasking > Push Notifications, Spotlight Needs to Shine on the Web Too, Wallpaper on the Homescreen, Bring Unity to the Inbox, More Swipe! being able to survey Terrian (View ) and File Browsing which is good on the iPhone 3.0 for checking mail on the go; wouldn?t it be good to be able to access all files saved to your phone via a file browser and a bonus if it could sync back to your computer. What would be on your wishlist why not let us know?

Apparently due to iPhone 3GS users experiencing delays activating their handsets, Apple has notified customers via email customers may still experience delays in activation for another 2 days due to ?system issues.?

However, according to an article on Cnet, Apple, by way of an apology for said delays is to offer a $30 credit iTunes Store credit, which is apparently for “the inconvenience this delay has caused.”

Although Apple representatives have not commented on any requests for official comment, still if this is correct, a $30 iTunes credit isn?t too bad a compensation for a small wait.

by Techno Witch on June 22, 2009

We?ve seen many mobile phone concepts in the past from the watchphone and now to what appears to be a Sony Ericsson designed bracelet phone according to Unwired View.

Apparently discovered in a Sony Ericsson patent application is what they call the ?Mobile Terminal,? which is a bracelet form factor mobile phone concept.

The ?Mobile Terminal,? adds the feature of a few keys on the side of the wristband to apparently deliver a fuller typing experience, but to be honest we can?t really see this thing ever hitting store shelves.
