At 2010 CES, Cydle will introduce the multifunction Cydle P29A that combines a multimedia player and subscription-free Mobile TV. The player consists of a high-resolution 2.9-inch touchscreen and optimized interface that delivers HD audio and video. While playing music, the screen displays related information, such as lyrics, names of singers, and images. P29A incorporates the ASTC digital standard for Mobile TV technology. Channel availability will vary based on location. The combo device is slated for introduction in Q2 2010, with an estimated retail price of $199.

The Samsung CL80 is expected to be introduced at CES 2010 (January 7th-11th). CL80 is a 14.2 Megapixel camera with Wi-Fi connectivity and 7x optical zoom (31-217mm) with optical image stabilization. It has 3.7″ AMOLED touchscreen display with haptic vibration feedback, supports H.264 720p video (30/15fps) and comes with HDMI output. It’s equipped with GPS function and also supports Bluetooth and WLAN. The photo and video recordings are stored in the 100 MB internal memory or on a microSDHC flash memory card.
ViewSonic today released the VNB102 ViewBook, 10″ netbook that features 1024×600 LED panel, Intel Atom N270 CPU, 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, 3-in-1 card reader, cell battery (up to 6 hours of computing), built-in 802.11b/g wireless connectivity and a VGA output port. It comes with Windows 7 and will be available December 18 for an MSRP of $399.
Joby, a company known for its Gorillapods flexible tripods, launched a new app for iPhone 3G/ 3GS that enhances the iPhone’s camera functionality. Gorillacam features self-timer (includes audible countdown notification), continuous rapid-fire (up to 1.6 photos per second), 3-shot burst (three quick photographs with one tap), grid overlay and bubble level. Auto-save lets you keep shooting while your photos save in the background and time-lapse takes multiple photos spaced at an interval. Press anywhere turns the whole screen into the shutter button. You can also share photos without ever leaving the app. Gorillacam comes with a bunch of helpful tips on how to take better shots with the iPhone. It’s already available on App Store for free.
At the Boxee Beta Unveiling event in Brooklyn, Boxee revealed that D-Link has been named first choice as the hardware partner to release a Boxee Box – Boxee branded set-top box.
The device brings HDMI-support, WiFi, Ethernet, an SD card slot and two USB 2.0 ports. It also comes with optical audio, RCA audio and RF remote and plays any non-DRM media.
Fujitsu unveiled Multi-Touch Handheld PC – LifeBook UH900. Estimated to be the size of a long wallet, the 20.4cm x 10.65cm x 2.38cm ultra lightweight (500g) LifeBook features 5.6-inch WXGA display, 62GB SSD, Intel Atom Z530, Bluetooth support, web camera, stereo mic and 3.5G wireless connectivity. It boasts full Windows 7 compatibility including multi-touch support (but also comes bundled with a pen for more precise input). Fujitsu DVD sharing application enables wireless sharing of an external DVD from another PC. Availability and price have not been given.
JVC introduced a pair of soundbar home theater systems. Among them is the world’s first dual wireless soundbar system that features a wireless subwoofer and wireless surround speakers.
