The Taiwanese company Asus announced at Computex 2012 the new series of Transformer devices. Asus’s Tablets 810 and 600, and AiO Transformer computer, have the latest features and the latest version of Windows 8.
Asus Tablet 810 benefits from the latest generation of Intel Atom processors, 2GB RAM and 64GB eMMC memory storage. The experience offered by Windows 8 recommends it both for personal and professional use. The key feature of the new 810 is the mobile dock instantly transforming the tablet into an ultra compact portable, completed by a QWERTY keyboard, pad, two USB ports and a secondary battery for extended autonomy.
The 11.6″ screen with resolution of 1366 x 768 is using the Super IPS + technology providing superior visual clarity, both inside and out. The touch panel, which accepts 10 touches, is complemented by a Wacom stylus for a more natural writing experience.
Asus Tablet 600 features the quad-core processor NVIDIA Tegra 3 and a graphics processor with 12 cores for exceptional performance with 2GB RAM and 32GB eMMC memory for storing user data. Users who love digital entertainment will find the 600 model perfect. Asus Tablet 600 has the same innovative design as the 810 and comes with its own dock offering a QWERTY keyboard, pad, USB port and a secondary battery.
Partly tablet, partly All-in-One PC, Transformer AiO is an innovative device that can switch between two modes, characterized by two operating systems that allows users to choose between Windows and Android. Designed to work with Windows 8, Transformer AiO has a LED touch screen with a diagonal of 18.4″, which accepts 10 touches. The compact and versatile design allows height and tilt adjustment. Transformer AiO incorporates ASUS SonicMaster audio technology.
The screen can be easily removed from its base to become a wireless display of AiO PC, extending the working range and allowing users to continue working around the house.
