iBiquity, the developer and licenser of HD Radio Technology, introduced Gigaware Navigation Control HD Radio Receiver accessory and the HD Radio application. The accessory/app combination enables iPhone and iPod Touch to tune into HD Radio broadcasts. Adding HD Radio Technology to the iPhone and iPod touch (compatible with models updated with 3.0 software) is a two-step process: 1) Buy the Gigaware HD Radio accessory, designed for and sold exclusively at RadioShack for an MSRP of $79.99, 2 ) download and install the free application from the App Store (under the Music category). Unfortunately, the built-in flash lamp is still missing.

Earlier introduced at PHOTOKINA 2008, Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D camera has been just announced to be launched in Europe and US in September at the price of $600. Fujifilm FinePix Real 3D promises to be the world’s first compact digital camera snapping stills in three dimensions. Fuji’s 10-megapixel shooter employs two lenses, spaced about the same distance apart as human eyes, which allow for the taking of simultaneous photos of the same scene from different angles. This is how 3D becomes real. To view the images properly you will need special stereoscopic LCD photo frame or will have to print the photos on a special paper with a clear plastic overlay that acts as a kind of 3-D lens. Fujifilm plans to launch an online service that will make 3-D prints for consumers.
This 6 MP rugged compact camera features 2.4″ LCD display, SDHC memory card slot, Face (fish?) Tracking, video recording (640×480, 30fps) and up to ISO 1600 light sensitivity. It can withstand pressures of up to two bar, and is water-resistant at depths of up to 10 meters and is also ready for any outdoor adventure – the camera’s robust construction protects it if accidentally dropped, and also protects it against dust and dirt. New Agfa will be available in July for $209 (€149).

Asus has just announced its latest power supply, the G Series that comes in both 1000W and 850W flavors, where either one would be able to achieve stable, high voltage performance. This state-of-the-art power supply is more than able to cater to today’s constantly evolving hardware requirements where overclocking is concerned, placing the most emphasis on stability and high performance power. The capacitor used in the Asus G Series is made in Japan, with enlarged venting holes, a 13.5cm ball-bearing fan and cable sleeves paving the way to better ventilation and internal airflow within. All that power does not strain the environment further though as it is able to deliver environmentally friendly power with a high power factor (PF) of up to 99%.
