At 2010 CES, Cydle will introduce the multifunction Cydle P29A that combines a multimedia player and subscription-free Mobile TV. The player consists of a high-resolution 2.9-inch touchscreen and optimized interface that delivers HD audio and video. While playing music, the screen displays related information, such as lyrics, names of singers, and images. P29A incorporates the ASTC digital standard for Mobile TV technology. Channel availability will vary based on location. The combo device is slated for introduction in Q2 2010, with an estimated retail price of $199.

Lenovo, the Chinese PC manufacturer, introduces a new multimedia mobile phone that MRT800. The PGR has a 4.3-inch 480 × 272 LCD. It supports RM / RMVB, AVI, ASF, MP4, FLV video, MP3, WMA, OGG, APE, FLAC, WAV and JPEG, BMP images. Unlike the internal memory, the MRT800 Lenovo also has a slot for a microSD card.
The reader also the FM tuner and voice recording function. No word on availability.
